Clovis BPO Does

Clovis BPO Does held a regular meeting on Nov. 4, 2010. The Nominating Committee presented the slate of new Drove Officers for 2011. All present were elected to their respective offices.

Judiciary Chairman Kristy Marney read the proposed new standing rules and by-laws for the Drove. These will be voted on at the next meeting.

Secretary Linda Catanzaro read a proposal for Life Membership for Kaye Parrish. This will be voted on at the next meeting.

Benevolence Chairman Bonnie Bryant gave a report on the finalizing of the plans for the upcoming Elks-Does Thanksgiving dinner that will be on Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Elks Lodge. Admission is two cans of food per person. The guest speaker will be Amber Hamilton from Sexual Assault Services of Eastern New Mexico. The canned goods will be donated to the Lighthouse Mission. The next regular meeting will be Dec. 9, 2010.
