Police seek robbery suspects

Clovis police are hoping the public can help locate two male suspects in a Wednesday home invasion and burglary.

Police were called to 300 Tucker Ave. for a robbery report around 9:45 p.m.

A male resident said his wife woke him and said she thought someone was in the house.

He said he found the light on in his office and startled two young males going through a closet where his firearms were stored, according to a press release.

The man grabbed one of the suspects as they ran, but was pushed to the floor, the release said. Two firearms and $100 were discovered missing from the home.

The suspects are described as light-skinned males with slim builds between 14 and 15 years old. One was wearing a brown and one a black hooded sweatshirt.
