Kite Karnival takes off Saturday

Kite Karnival organizer Paul Hopkins said the event will include a kite making tent, games, vendors and kite flyers from the American Kite Association.

Kites will dot the sky during the seventh annual Kite Karnival Saturday at Doc Stewart Park.
