A concrete median has been placed in front of Texas Street along North Prince Street through Tuesday.
Barricades will remain in place through Saturday. The entrance on Texas Street will become a right-in/right-out to minimize traffic buildup. Northbound traffic is asked to use Arizona Street or the signal located at the intersection Colonial Parkway and Colorado Street.
