The U.S. Census Bureau is seeking workers in the Clovis and Portales areas to assist with the 2010 count.

Salaries are in excess of $10 an hour with employment through the end of May. Anyone interested in this employment can go to the following locations at the following times for information:

Portales:

• 8-10 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Friday, Portales City Hall.

Clovis:

• 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Clovis Community College South Building.

• After 8 p.m. Monday (after 3 p.m. Spanish only), Department of Labor (1st & Main),

• 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Clovis-Carver Public Library, (701 Main Street).

• After 3 p.m. Thursday, Department of Labor (1st & Main).

• 10 a.m. Thursday, Sacred Heart Parish School (911 Merriwether).

• 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Clovis-Carver Library (701 Main)..

• 2:30 p.m. Friday, Beacon of Light (1300 Thornton).

Texico:

• 10:30 a.m. Feb. 27, Texico Fire Station.
