The Roosevelt General Hospital Board meeting set for Tuesday night was canceled since the board finished interviewing administrator candidates ahead of schedule.
The board wrapped up interviews Monday with RGH Chief Financial Officer Eva Stevens and health care administrator Richard Smith of Clovis after candidate Jeff Comer Jr. of Arizona called to say he found a job elsewhere, board chairman Terry Cone said.
The board has scheduled another meeting for 7 a.m. Monday to discuss who to hire as administrator and put out a proposal, he said.
