Udall to visit ENMU

Friday, Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M., is scheduled to host a town hall meeting 4:30-5:30 p.m. at Eastern New Mexico University in the Campus Union Building Sandia Room.

He will discuss and take questions about the first six months of the 111th Congress.

In addition, Udall is set to distribute the new GI Bill Resource and Application Guide to post-Sept. 11, 2001 veterans or their family members who are in attendance.

The Veterans’ Administration is expected to begin distributing these benefits to the veterans and family members who qualify on Aug. 1.

Staff from Udall’s office are also scheduled to be on hand to help anyone needing assistance with a federal agency.
