Asian stir-fry featured

Information on making a toy chest, cooking beef and using recycled products in landscaping will be the featured topics on “Creative Living” at noon Tuesday and 2 p.m. Saturday.

Bruce Johnson, a representative of Minwax in Upper Saddle River, N.J., will show how to take an unfinished toy chest and customize it to help your child stay more organized — and store all of his or her treasures.

Patty Waid, director of consumer affairs for the New Mexico Beef Council, will demonstrate how to use different cuts of beef for the ever-popular and healthy stir fry recipes.
