Mayor launches Christmas toy drive

The Mayor’s Christmas Toy Drive: Operation Santa Cop will host the first toy drive of the season from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday during the Lion’s Club Pancake Breakfast at First Baptist Church in Portales.
