Portales High School freshman Chrisula Heber tries her hand at a DWI simulator Wednesday afternoon outside Eastern New Mexico University’s Campus Union Building as Jeff Lukaart runs the program outside the car. Lukaart is with the Public Education and Empowerment Resource Service (PEERS) currently visiting ENMU. PEERS is a non-profit program aimed at educating children.
