The following dispositions have been filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

• Andy Lucero, 57, was found guilty of the charge of battery and was ordered to serve six months of unsupervised probaton with conditions, ordered to attend the ASPEN program and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Taylor Marcell, 43, pleaded guilty to the charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense) and driving on roadways laned for traffic and was ordered to serve 48 mandatory consecutive hours as well as one year of supervised probation with conditions and to attend the ASPEN program and pay all court fines and fees.

• Juan Cervantes, 63, was found guilty of cruelty to animals and was sentenced to serve six months of unsupervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Lidia Ornelas, 63, was found guilty of the charge of cruelty to animals and was ordered to serve six months of unsupervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Jose Ornelas, 23, pleaded guilty to the charges of resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and driving while drivers license was suspended and was ordered to serve four days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center as well as one year of supervised probation with conditions and ordered to pay all court fines and fees and to attend the ASPEN program.

• Maria Valdez, 19, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center or Villa De Esperanza and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Bryan Johnson, 21, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of marijuana less than one ounce (first offense) and was ordered to attend the ASPEN program and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Joseph Lemier, 28, pleaded no contest to the charge of aggravated battery amended from battery on a household member and was ordered to serve one year of supervised probation with conditions and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Daniel Cano, 22, was found guilty of the charge of minor in possession and was ordered to serve one year of supervised probation with conditions and to attend the ASPEN program, as well as perform 30 hours of community service and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Barry Franks, 47, pleaded no contest to the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (second offense) and was ordered to serve 96 hours in the Roosevelt County Detention Center followed by two years of supervised probation with conditions as well as attend the ASPEN program and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Kenneth Scarborough, 40, pleaded no contest to the charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (third offense) and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center followed by three years of supervised probation with conditions as well as attend the ASPEN program.

• Fidela Bell, 19, was found guilty of the charge of open container and was ordered to pay all court fines and fees.

• Kenneth Martinez, 31, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve one year of supervised probation as well as attend the ASPEN program and pay all court fines and fees.

• Jeffrey C. Albertson pleaded no contest to the charge of resisting, evading and obstructing an officer and was ordered to serve one year of supervised probation as well as to attend the ASPEN program and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Abel Munoz-Solis, 37, pleaded guilty to the charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense) and failure to have operating tail lamps and was ordered to serve one year of supervised probation as well as to attend the ASPEN program and to pay all court fines and fees.
