Seniors will meet Thursday at the Floyd Senior Citizens Center for games and fellowship. Pot Luck is at 6 p.m. and games begin at 7 p.m.

Fundraiser

The Floyd Cheerleaders will be having a car wash at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Valero station in Portales. Money earned will help the squad with expenses for cheer camp in July.

School Board vacancy

The Floyd Municipal School Board of Education is seeking to fill a vacancy on the board. Requirement/qualifications are posted on the Floyd Web site (www.floydbroncos.com) or you may contact the school office or call Board President Leon Nall at 760-7535.
