Tim and Pam Acree of Portales announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Julia Acree of Portales to Chance Tucker of Portales, son of Buster and Tanya Tucker of Portales.
The couple will exchange vows June 28, 2008, at University Baptist Church.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Portales High School. She is a student at Eastern New Mexico University.
The prospective groom is a 2006 graduate of Portales High School. He is employed at Chaparral Heating and Air Conditioning.
