The following dispositions were filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court recently. According to the documents:

• Benjamin Page, 19, pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay fines and fees of $364 and attend the ASPEN program.

• Justin Baumer, 25, pleaded no contest to a charge of possession of marijuana, less than one ounce and was ordered to pay fines and fees of $242.

• Rey Diaz, 30, pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal damage to property ($1,000 or less) and was ordered to pay fines and fees of $67 and to serve six months supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and make restitution.

• Fabian Garcia, 22, pleaded no contest to the charge of criminal damage and was ordered to pay $67 fines and fees, serve one year of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and make restitution.

• Joel Munoz, 35, entered a plea of guilty to the charge of shooting at game from a public road and received a conditional discharge with no adjudication of guilt.

• Apolonio Vega, 31, entered a plea of guilty to the charge of shooting at game from a public road and received a conditional discharge with no adjudication of guilt.

• Mickey D. Melton, 46, was found guilty by jury of the charge of violation of domestic violence order of protection and was ordered to serve 30 days in jail, pay fines and fees of $267, serve 334 days supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and complete a batterer’s intervention program.
