Background: Before going to work at Dominos, Handrich worked at La Tienda while going to school at Eastern New Mexico University.

Q. Describe what your job entails?

A. Basically I have to oversee everything. I make sure the phone orders are right and make sure pizzas are coming out right.

Q. What is a typical day on the job like for you?

A. Sometimes hectic but usually fun. You meet a lot of people. Typically it’s a lot of work.

Q. Why did you choose this job?

A. My sister used to work here and I got a job here after I quit La Tienda. Basically to pay off school after I quit La Tienda.

Q. What type of training do you need for your job?

A. Basically, you just have to learn how to handle people, work with customers, know how to use a computer and read. They teach you how to toss out the dough, how much cheese to put on and how many toppings to put on.

Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?

A. Probably the people. I like the people I work with a lot and meeting the customers, the interaction, and being the boss, that’s always fun.
