Magistrate Court dispositions

The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court. According to the documents:

—Amber Gibson, 25, pleaded no contest to the charges of fraudulent use of a debit card and theft of identity, obtaining identity by electronic fraud amended to attempted unauthorized use of debit card and attempted theft of identity, was ordered to serve 728 days supervised probation, not violate any laws, attend ASPEN program, make restitution in a amount determined to be fair and equitable and pay court fees and fines.

—Leah Moore, 26, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of marijuana less than one ounce (second offense), was ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, not to violate any laws, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.

—Anthony Ortega, 19, pleaded not guilty to the charge of reckless driving and was ordered to pay court fees and fines.

—Christopher Dimas, 21, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, was ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, attend alcohol screening, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.

—Christopher Dimas, 21, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended drivers license, was ordered to serve four days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, 360 days supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, attend alcohol/drug screening, have an ignition interlock device installed on any and all motor vehicles, and pay court fees and fines.

—Manuel Serrano, 24, pleaded guilty to the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (first offense), no driver’s license, no insurance and open container (second offense), was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend alcohol/drug screening, complete DWI school, install ignition interlock device on any and all vehicles, attend ASPEN program, complete 24 hours of community service and pay court fees and fines.
