• Bruce C. Nixon, 25, and Tahnee M. Nichols, 21, both of Portales

• Dustie Joe Reese, 20, and Cherissa Dawn Martin, 17, both of Portales

• Martin Cabello Contreras, 44, and Guadalupe G. Nunez, 53, both of Clovis

• Robert L. Quinn, 41, and Kayla L. Creek, 40, both of Portales

• Lou Matthew Valencia, 20, and Desiree Guerrero, 19, both of Portales

• Dennis C. Goodwin, 54, and Ilene F. George, 47, both of Roswell

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse

• Amanda Garza, 19, pleaded guilty to attempted trafficking of controlled substances by distribution and was ordered to serve three years probation.

• Guadalupe Tarango, 26, pleaded guilty to trafficking, bringing contraband into jail and possession of cocaine and was ordered to serve two years in the Department of Corrections and five years probation and must pay court fees and fines.

• Blaine Southern, 25, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and battery of a household member and was placed on two years probation and treatment.

• Manuel Gallegos, 33, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, and child abuse and was placed on three years probation and ordered to pay court fees and fines.

• Victor Daniel Baltazar, 36, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and was sentenced to 364 days probation and must pay court fees and fines.

• Victor Daniel Baltazar, 36, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass and was sentenced to 196 days probation and to make restitution and pay court fees and fines.

• Jonathan Wood, 19, pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He was sentenced to 18 months probation, treatment and must pay court fees and fines

• Victor Daniel Baltazar, 36, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was ordered to serve 376 days probation and pay court fees and fines.

• Levy Cordova, 20, pleaded guilty to unlawful taking of a vehicle under $2,500 and was sentenced to 18 months probation and must pay court fees and fines.

• Jeremy Shane Roy, 28, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance was placed on 18 months probation, treatment and to ordered to pay court fees and fines.

The following dispositions were recently filed in Magistrate Court

• Manuel Ortega, 42, pleaded guilty to driving on suspended license, open container and no insurance and was sentenced to 364 days probation and ordered to pay court fees and fines.

• Justin Sherburne, 20, pleaded no contest to leaving the scene of an accident was ordered to 90 days probation, to attend the ASPEN program and pay court fees and fines.

• Ben Baltazar, 39, was found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence. He was ordered to 364 days probation, attend the ASPEN program and perform community service.

• Ben Baltazar, 39, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence and was ordered to serve two years probation and to pay court fines and fees

• Ricky Seifert, 55, pleaded guilty to larceny under $100 and was ordered to serve 182 days probation and to pay court fees and fines.

• Deron Broughton, 23, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, no seat belt and entering highway from private road or driveway. He was ordered to serve 365 days probation attend the ASPEN program and pay court fines and fees.
