Dr. Carlene Rosado and Lt. Wesley Martin were joined in marriage on May 6, 2006, at the Barksdale Air Force Base Chapel in Shreveport, La.
The bride is the daughter of Lt. Col. Forrest and Arlene Carper of Shreveport, formerly of Clovis. The groom is the son of Shelby S. Martin of Buena Vista, Va., and Roy Martin of Staunton, Va. The Rev. Harry Chamberlain performed the double-ring ceremony.
The maid of honor was Kristin Peraino.
The best man was Collison Royer.
The readers were Jacqueline Ruiz and George Fitzgerald Jr.
The flower girl was Alexandra Fitzgerald.
The couple resides in Charlottesville, Va.
The bride is an optometrist at Primary Eyecare.
The groom is an attorney with the law firm of Scott Kroner, PLC.
