Former Clovis High standout Cisti Greenwalt saw her first game action Wednesday night with the WNBA’s Seattle Storm.
Greenwalt played the final 4:30 of the Storm’s 86-73 home victory over the Chicago Sky. She finished scoreless on 0-for-1 shooting.
Greenwalt signed with Seattle on May 26, according to her mother, Terri Greenwalt. She dressed for the first time in an 89-87 home loss to San Antonio on Sunday, although she did not see action.
The Storm (4-3) are heading on a five-game road trip beginning Friday at Connecticut.
Greenwalt, who helped the Lady Wildcats to large-school state championships in 1999 and 2000, played four years at Texas Tech and left as the Big 12’s all-time leader in blocked shots.
She had a tryout earlier this spring with Sacramento in the WNBA, but was cut shortly before the season.
