Randy and Elaine Cain of Pleasant Hill announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelsi Cain, of Lubbock, to Mark Peabody, also of Lubbock, son of Jim and Libby Peabody, of Pleasant Hill.

The couple will exchange vows on May 27 at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and a reception will follow the ceremony.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Texico High School. She is employed at the University Medical Center in Lubbock and is attending Covenant Nursing School.

The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Texico High School. He is employed at own lawn care service and is attending Texas Tech University.

The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.

Thibodeaux/Vasvary

Robert and Teresa Thibodeaux of Alburquerque, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Nancy Thibodeaux, of Clovis, to Brian Vasvary, also of Clovis, son of Keith Vasvary, of Cattlettsburg, N.Y. and Leanell Vasvary, of Palmetto, Fl.

The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. on April 22 at Cannon Air Force Base Chapel.

The reception wil be at The Landing on base.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Portales High School. She is employed at New Mexico Bank and Trust.

The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Naples American High School in Naples, Italy. He is stationed at Cannon Air Force Base.

The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.

Mindy Liles and David Malcom of Broadview are pleased to announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The couple will exchange vows on June 24 at the Grady Baptist Church.

The reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the Malcom’s residence.

The bride-elect is the marketing manager for Freedom Newspapers of New Mexico.

The prospective groom is a territory manager for Fort Dodge Animal Health.
