3/12 Court dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:

• Mytrice Williams, 34, pleaded guilty to forgery and embezzlement ($2500 to $20,000, two counts), and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Christopher Dimas, 21, pleaded guilty as an accessory to distribution of a controlled substance and is ordered to serve three years’ imprisonment followed by two years and one month supervised probation, and pay all fines and fees. He received credit for two years one month imprisonment and nine months time served.

• Stacy Jones, 27, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member, and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Timothy Greenwalt, 24, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling or house, receipt of stolen property (valued at $250 to $2500) and burglary of commercial property or automobile, and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Cody A. Kearns, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and knowingly entering, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, and is ordered to serve two years imprisonment followed by one year, nine months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for one year, nine months and two days toward his sentence of imprisonment.

• Lorenzo Medina Jr., 29, was found guilty by a jury of reckless driving (first offense), aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and felony possession of a controlled substance, and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by one year supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for six months served against his sentence.

• Joray Montano, 30, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (first offense) and having a child not properly restrained in a vehicle (two counts), and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Clarence Baca, 50, pleaded guilty to bringing contraband to jail and possession of marijuana (1 ounce or less), and is ordered to serve 15 days imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for four months and 10 days time served against his sentence.

• Michael Hardwick, 25, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property, and is ordered to serve six months imprisonment followed by six months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended.

• Desire Flores, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property (more than $1000) and interference with communications, and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• David Calbert, 29, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery (with a deadly weapon and or causing great bodily harm), and is adjudged to be a habitual offender and ordered to serve four years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for two years and 10 months against his sentence.

• Joe A. Gallegos, 33, pleaded guilty to battery upon a peace officer and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for 39 days served toward his sentence.

• Patricia Oneal, 40, pleaded guilty to fraud (making or altering), and is adjudged to be a habitual offender and ordered to serve four years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees.

• John M. Clark, 43, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and receipt of stolen property (valued at $2500 to $20,000), and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by two years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended.
