2/26 Court dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:

• John Clark, 43, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery against a household member, false imprisonment, is adjudged to be a habitual offender, and is ordered to serve one year six months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for seven months and 18 days served.

• Juan Ortega, 50, pleaded guilty to making false statements, pretenses or forgery and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended.

• Lorenzo Medina Jr., 29, was found guilty by a jury of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have operating tail lamps and improper use of evidence of registration and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. A portion of his sentence was suspended and he will receive credit for nine months, 17 days served.

• Amy Clubine, 29, pleaded guilty to concealing identity and is ordered to serve six months, two days imprisonment followed by six months, two days supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• John D. Fulgham, 24, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary and is ordered to serve nine years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for four years, three months and 20 days toward his sentence of imprisonment.

• Theodore Twite, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and is ordered to serve two years, six months imprisonment followed by two years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended.

• Timothy Greewalt, 24, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees.

• Santiago Reyna, 66, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (fourth offense) and is ordered to serve one year, six months imprisonment, have an ignition interlock device placed on any vehicle he may drive, and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for one year, three days against his sentence.

• Dennis M. Johnson, 61, was found guilty by a jury of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (second offense), speeding and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended.

• Dominique Garcia, 29, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI (.16 or more, first offense) and is ordered to serve one year, less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees.

• Joe M. Garcia, 29, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual penetration (two counts), is adjudged to be a habitual offender, and is ordered to serve four years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for two years less 37 days against his sentence.

• Sherry Smart, 52, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve two years, six months imprisonment followed by two years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her prison sentence was suspended.

• Joseph Sandoval, 34, pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia, failure to carry proof of financial responsibility and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended.

• Susan Garcia, 45, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her prison sentence was suspended.
