Teresa A. Jaquez, 40, of Clovis, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.
She was born Aug. 28, 1965, in Albuquerque to Albert and ElJuena Jaquez. She moved to Clovis at the age of 4. She attended high school in Santa Fe.
Family members said she loved to do crafts, sew and paint.
She was preceded in death by her father; and three brothers, Albert Jaquez Jr., Billy Pace and Mike Pace.
Survivors include her mother; daughter, Teri Jaquez; son, Justin Jaquez, all of Clovis; sisters, Geneva Smith and Jean Crook, both of Clovis; and Virginia Turner (and her husband Mike) of Wichita, Kan.; brothers, Bobby Pace of Clovis, Henry Pace (Kristina) of Portales,; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rev. Mitch Turnbough will officiate.
Cremation has taken place.
The family will be at 1204 S. Lea.
Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
