Madison Chanel Easley, infant, of Clovis, died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2005, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.
She was born on Dec. 8, 2005, in Clovis, to Lamont Dickson and Angela Easley.
She is survived by her father and mother of Clovis; her grandparents, James and Louine Easley of Clovis, Jackie Dickson of Clovis and Earnest Mayfield of Clovis; and an aunt, uncles and cousins.
Burial will be at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.
Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home.
