Conklin, Richard

Richard Donald Conklin, 58, of Clovis, died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005, at the University Medical Center in Lubbock.

He was born Aug. 19, 1947, in New Mexico. He married Lord Blenkin on Aug. 19, 1995, in Farwell. He served in the U.S. Marines for eight years and worked in the civil service at Cannon Air Force Base.

Family members said he loved fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, three children, two brothers and a sister.

Pastor Furgus Tunnell is officiating.

Cremation has taken place.

Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis.
