The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:

• Billy Martin, 51, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual contact of a minor (a child under age 13, four counts) and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for two years, three months and 24 days time served.

• Kimberly Miller, 22, pleaded guilty to distribution of a controlled substance and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by two years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. She will receive credit for two years, two months and 10 days against her sentence of imprisonment.

• Clover Sikounlabout, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, encouraging a violation of probation or parole or bail, possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her prison sentence was suspended.

• Tony Heiman, 50, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property (over $1,000, two counts), disorderly conduct, being a habitual offender and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 10 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for 30 days time served against his sentence.

• Annette Cash, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less) and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her prison sentence is suspended.

• Randal K. Pruit, 42, pleaded guilty to forgery (two counts) and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Arthur Castillo, 47, pleaded guilty to fraud ($250 to $2,500, four counts), contracting without a license and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment.
