1/29 Court dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:

• Tina Louise Le Clear, 38, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. She will receive credit for seven months and five days time served.

• Jessie Hall, 41, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, concealing identity and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended and he will receive credit for one year, four months and four days imprisonment.

• Donald Sena, 37, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (fourth offense), aggravated battery against a household member and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by two years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for two years, seven months, 24 days time served against his sentence.

• Pelagio Cordova, 43, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (fourth offense) and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 10 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for 10 months and six days against his sentence.

• Jessica Bailon, 22, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery, aggravated battery against a household member and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her prison sentence is suspended.

• Nathan Wade, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Antonio Freeman, 29, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and is ordered to serve seven days imprisonment and pay a $300 fine.

• Isaac Aranda, 19, pleaded guilty to assault against a household member, stalking, criminal damage to property, burglary (dwelling or house), false imprisonment, aggravated stalking (two counts), tampering with evidence, bribery of a witness and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by two years six months supervised probation. He will receive credit for six months two days imprisonment.

• Pamela Combs, 34, pleaded guilty to forgery (making or altering), concealing identity and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her imprisonment was suspended.

• Gilbert Lopez, 29, pleaded guilty to burglary (commercial or automobile) and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Michael Manning, 45, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve two years imprisonment followed by two years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His prison sentence was suspended and he will receive credit for two days imprisonment.

• Katherine Hodges, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her imprisonment sentence was suspended.

• Annette Cash, 31, pleaded guilty to forgery (making or altering, two counts), fraudulent use of a credit card (without consent) and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. She will receive credit for two months, 22 days served against her imprisonment sentence.

• Luis Corral, 21, pleaded guilty to forgery and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment. He will receive credit for 18 months time against his sentence.

• London Word, 19, pleaded guilty to burglary (dwelling or house) and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for two years and 10 months less one day against his prison sentence.

• Roberto Garza, 27, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card (without consent) and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Orie Potter, 45, pleaded guilty to assault against a household member, false imprisonment and is ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended.

• Lambert Campbell, 21, pleaded guilty to accessory to a crime (three counts) and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His imprisonment was suspended.

• Shannon Hardt, 33, pleaded guilty to embezzlement (over $20,000) and is ordered to serve nine years imprisonment followed by five years supervised probation, pay restitution (to be determined) and all fines and fees.

Credit for nine years against the sentence of imprisonment will be given.

• Raquel Sanchez, 20, pleaded guilty to forgery (making or altering), falsely obtaining services or accommodations (less than $100) and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. Her prison sentence was suspended.

• Nathania Nathan, pleaded guilty to unlawful taking of a vehicle ($2,500 or more) and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by two years, nine months and 13 days supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. She will receive credit for three years against her imprisonment sentence.

• Javier Portillo, 38, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI (second offense), driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to carry proof of financial responsibility and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by six months and two days supervised probation, pay all fines and fees and allow an ignition interlock device to be installed on any vehicle he may operate. He will receive credit for one year less eight days against his sentence.
