1/8 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:

• Russel Lasner, 28, pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance and was ordered to serve three years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for one year and 16 days against his sentence.

• Eric Flores, 28, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card (seven counts), theft of a credit card, forgery (18 counts), fraud (16 counts) and was ordered to serve three years imprisonment. He will receive credit for one year less 14 days time served.

• Antonio Vasquez, 32, pleaded guilty to false imprisonment, battery against a household member, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property (less than $1,000) and was ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation.

• Johnny L. Barela, 43, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, driving while license suspended or revoked and was ordered to one year less one day imprisonment followed by six months, two days supervised probation. He will receive credit for seven months against his imprisonment.

• Bernardo Baca, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, fraudulent refusal to return leased property (two counts) and was ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation. He will receive credit for one year less one day against his imprisonment sentence.

• Cynthia Flores, 48, pleaded guilty to forgery, tampering with evidence and is adjudged to be a habitual offender. She is ordered to serve four years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation. She will receive credit for four years imprisonment.

• Ralph A. Flores, 38, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit forgery (making or altering), larceny ($100 to $250) and as an accessory to a crime. He was ordered to serve one year, six months imprisonment followed by one year, six months supervised probation. His imprisonment was suspended.

• Bobby Ray Owen, 21, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary (deadly weapon) and was ordered to serve nine years imprisonment followed by two years supervised probation. He will receive credit for four years, three months and 20 days imprisonment.

• Randal K. Pruit, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (fourth offense) and ordered to serve three years imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for one year against his imprisonment.

• Sergio Silguero, 20, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and is ordered to 90 days imprisonment followed by 90 days supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His imprisonment was suspended.

• Shawn Reid, 25, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended or revoked and ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His imprisonment was suspended.

• Charles Santos, 36, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault upon a peace officer, possession of a controlled substance and was ordered to serve one year, six months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for 20 days served.

• James Castillo, 21, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and was ordered to serve one year, six months imprisonment followed by six months supervised probation. He will receive credit for eight months, seven days against his sentence.
