12/25 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:

• Leeann Garcia, 26, pleaded guilty to abuse of a child (first offense), and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation, She will receive credit for one year less one day imprisonment.

•Nathan Perez, 23, pleaded guilty to bribery of a witness, attempted bribery/intimidation/retaliate of a witness, use of a telephone to harass and is ordered to serve two years and six month imprisonment, and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for 142 days served.

•Nathan Simms, 20, pleaded guilty to larceny ($2,500 to $20,000), burglary of a dwelling or house, and is ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation. He will receive credit for three years imprisonment.

•James M. Rodart, 45, pleaded guilty to bribery or intimidation of a witness, battery against a household member, and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation. His prison sentence is suspended.

•Charles Walker, 43, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, knowingly entering, and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment. He will receive credit for 65 days served.
