Russell, Richard “Rick”

Richard “Rick” Russell, 46, of Clovis, died Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2005, at his home in Clovis.

He was born Sept. 20, 1959, in Clovis to James R. and Jessie L. Russell.

He was of the Baptist Faith. He worked as a diesel mechanic and owned “Russell’s Truck Repair.”

Family members said he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandson, Brett Davis.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Russell of Clovis; three daughters, Tara Davis of Florida, and Crystal Russell and Tonya Russell, both of Texas; two stepchildren, Chris Smith (and wife, Melody) of Texas and Mysti Smith of Clovis; four brothers, R.D. Russell (Donna) of Clovis, Ron Russell of Clovis and Darrell Russell and Randy Russell, both of Texas; and one sister, Wynona Page (Neil) of Tennessee.

The Rev. Valentine Martinez will officiate.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
