Michelle Bernhardt, Abilene Christian, 5-9 Sr. OH, Hereford, Texas — Bernhardt became the fourth LSC player and the 26th in NCAA Division II history to eclipse 2,000 kills in a career, collecting 48 kills for the week while adding 45 digs, six assists, two aces and one block.
Defense
Brittani Bell, West Texas A&M, 5-3 Sr. L, Amarillo — Bell, the LSC’s all-time digs leader, added 25 to her total in a 3-0 win over Tarleton and 16 in a 3-1 win over Texas A&M-Kingsville.
Setter
Christina Ortiz, Tarleton State, 5-8 Jr. S, San Antonio — Ortiz helped the TexAnns to a 3-1 week, upping her season assist total to a school-record 1,226. She had week-highs of 58 assists against ENMU and 17 digs against WT, while adding six aces, four kills and a block.

Lindsey Martin, Abilene Christian, Sr. S — Had 149 assists and seven aces to help the Wildcats to three wins.
Lindsay Schiely, Eastern New Mexico, Sr. MB — Averaged more than three kills per game, highlighted by a 20-kill outing against Tarleton State.

Trina Berend, Texas Woman’s, 6-0 Sr. MB, Windhorst, Texas — Berend tallied 16 blocks for the week as the Pioneers went 2-1, including North wins over SoutheasternOklahoma and Texas A&M-Commerce. She added 28 kills and five digs.
Setter
Allison Schreiber, Midwestern State, 5-10 Fr. S, Windhorst, Texas — Schreibber past Midwestern’s 3-0 showing for the week, collecting 132 assists to go with 35 digs, three blocks and five kills. She had 57 assists and 15 digs against A&M-Commerce and 63 and 15 against Southeastern.

Pedro Zamarripa, Incarnate Word, Fr. MF, Houston — Zamarripa scored a goal and had an assist in the Cardinals’ 4-1 win over Eastern New Mexico, and scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory over West Texas A&M and vaulted Incarnate Word into the league lead.
Defense
Reni Fulkerson, Midwestern State, Sr. D, Caracas, Venezuela — Fulkerson paced an Indians defensive effort that allowed just one goal in two matchs, and he also scored the game-winning goal — his first career goal — against Missouri Southern.
Other nominations
Brandon Swartzendruber, Midwestern State, Jr. F — Scored two goals, including the game-winner against Northeastern State, and also added an assist as the Indians won both matches during the week.
Oren Braver, Incarnate Word, Sr. D — Led a defense that allowed just one goal and 12 shots on goal over three victories.
Jeff Herland, St. Edward’s, Jr. MF — Had a goal and an assist as the Hilltoppers extended their winning streak to three.

Emily Meinen, Texas Woman’s, 5-7 Jr. F, Keller Texas — Meinen scored a goal in each match as the Pioneers lost to West Texas A&M 3-1 and beat Eastern New Mexico 2-1, the latter providing the deciding margin as Woman’s clinched the first LSC tournament berth in the four-year history of the program.
Defense
Chelsea Ryden, Central Oklahoma, 5-9 So. D, Norman, Okla. — Ryden led a defensive effort that yielded only one goal and 12 shots on goal in two LSC victories, helping the Bronchos clinch the regular-season league title and extend their unbeaten streak to 13 matches (12-0-1).

Becky Martin, Angelo State, So. GK — Helped the Rambelles clinch an LSC tournament berth by shutting out Southwestern Oklahoma, and added 12 saves in a 2-1 loss to Central Oklahoma.

Megan Bibilone, Midwestern State, Fr. F — Posted her third game-winning goal of the season on Sunday against Southwestern.
