Michael Shane Pugh, 41 of Lubbock died July 26, 2005, in Lubbock.
He was born on Feb. 20, 1964, in Hereford, Texas, to Michael E. and Sherry Kay (Brown) Pugh.
He graduated from Muleshoe High School in 1983. He was a volunteer at the Bowie Elementary School in Corsicana, Texas.
Family members said he fishing, music and children.
Survivors include his father, Michael Pugh of Muleshoe, Texas; his mother, Sherry Kay Pugh of Clovis; a daughter, Mica Jan Pugh of Clovis; a son, Todd Allen Pugh of Lubbock; two sisters, Debbie Smith of Clovis, and Melody Stephenson of Kemp, Texas; four nephews, Michael, Chris, Brenton and Zach Smith, all of Clovis; an aunt, Pat White; four cousins, Randy and Stephen White and Kim Schillhorn Van Veen, all of Dalhart, and Lisa Wells of Colorado Springs, Colo.
Arrangements are by Horizon Funeral Home, Inc. of Dalhart, Texas.
