The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

Rodney Smith, 46, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphenalia and is ordered to serve 364-day deferred sentence, serve 364 days of probation, complete the ASPEN program, and pay $242 in fines.

Sam Villanueva, 45, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended drivers license and no insurance and is ordered to serve seven days in jail with a 357-day suspended sentence, serve 357 days of probation, complete the ASPEN program and pay $530 in fines.

Lucio Ramirez, 19, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of probation, complete the ASPEN program and pay $267 in fines.

Angelica Garcia, 22 , pleaded guilty to battery on a household member and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, complete the ASPEN program, complete a batters intervention program, serve 364 days of probation and pay $67 in fines.

Jerry Chavez, 31, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, complete the ASPEN program, complete a batters intervention program, serve 364 days of probation and pay $267 in fines.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• James Hooper, 37, and Sophia Robertson, 35 both of Portales.

• Marcial Hernandez, 55, and Wanda Long, 46 both of Portales.

• Pieter Nortje, 19, and Misty Mapp, 18 both of Portales.
