“I like living in a small town. Portales has been good to me and my family.”

“I hope I have a bunch of grandchildren and I hope to have started writing a novel by then.”

“I admire Oprah Winfrey, Hillary Clinton and Martha Stewart for being strong, independent women who overcame adversity.”

“That my family remains healthy.”

“I would own and operate a drug and alcohol inpatient treatment center in eastern New Mexico.”

“Raising four teenagers without going crazy and getting my master’s degree. Both at the same time even.”

“I thought I would be a psychiatrist.”

“Find a doctor who could help my mother. She has nerve damage from a surgery she had and she’s in chronic pain.”

“I have four kids. They’ve given my life direction.”

“Law and Order. I like to figure things out.”

If you could go on an adventure, what would it entail?

“I would love to travel all over Europe to see the architecture and museums.”

“Russian olives in bloom.”

“Camping, reading, watching movies with my family, and shooting my bow.”

“Beloved mother and wife.”

“The sun is shining, the wind is not blowing, I’m at the lake and I don’t have to cook.”

“I like working with children. I like to problem-solve and trying to make things a little better.”
