Back Porch Pickers
The Floyd Back Porch Pickers will meet this Sunday at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attended, with the only requirement to love music. Bring an instrument, voice, or just come to listen. Contact Dave Nash at 478-2574 for information.
Church news
David Wheeler will be delivering the sermon for the Floyd Baptist Church this Sunday. Sunday School is at 9:45 a.m. and Church Service is at 10:45 a.m.
Child Find
The Floyd Preschool is having a Child Find Friday from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon. Children who will be four years old by September 1, 2005 and are interested in attending our five-day Preschool Program should bring immunization records, birth certificate, and social security card. Screenings are also available for any child from birth through five years of age. There will be no Preschool on this day. Please contact the school at 478-2211 if you have any questions.

There will be a wedding shower for Chance Chenault and Chelsey Dement on April 24 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. It will be held at the Eastern New Mexico University Church of Christ Student Center.
