Daniel Gene "Danny" Keslar, 43, of Clovis, died Sunday, March 20, 2005, at University Medical Center in Lubbock.

He was born on Sept. 26, 1961, in Clovis, to Gene and Jewell Keslar.

He was a cable technician, and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Family members said he loved hunting for arrow heads, raising bird dogs, hunting, storm chasing, and was an avid gun and antiques collector.

Survivors include his companion, Patty Neff, and her children, Stewart and Stephanie, all of Clovis; a daughter, Alisa Keslar of New York; a brother, David Earl (and wife, Mary Keslar) of San Francisco; a sister, Deana Neff (Jay) of Clovis; two nephews, Michele Neff and Sam Eaton, both of Clovis; two step-brothers, Joey and Raymond Eaton, both of Clovis; his mother, Jewell Eaton (George) of Clovis; and his father, Gene Keslar of Souix City, Iowa.

The Rev. Gene Christian will officiate the services.

Family visitation is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday at 1423 Hickory Street in Clovis.

Burial will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.

Pallbearers are Leonard Marchman, Stewart and Michele Neff, Sam and Joey Eaton, and Shawn Hays.

Honorary pallbearers are Steve Cochran, Raymond Eaton, Joessin Cordero, Steven Motsko, Clark Strickland, David Keslar, and Victor Smith.

Memorial contributions may be made to Daniel Keslar Fund, c/o Bank of Clovis, 300 N. Main, Clovis.

Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis.
