CCC hosts GED testing

Here are dates related to GED testing at Clovis Community College:

March 1-17: sign-up, registration closes at noon on March 17;

March 21-25: testing offices closed for spring break;

March 29-30: GED testing in Room 220.

There will be no GED testing during August due to fall registration at CCC. Students planning to enter college need to test by July 19 in order to receive results in time for enrollment registration.

Appointment is required. Other requirements apply.

CCC to offer lessons in billiards

Clovis Community College will offer a class in billiards from 4 to 5:40 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning March 14.

Students will improve pool-playing skills and knowledge of the game.

ACT registration deadline approaching

College-bound high school students taking the ACT Assessment on April 9 must have their registration applications postmarked by Friday to avoid a late registration fee.

Late registration applications must be postmarked by March 18. Cost to take the exam is $28 with out the optional writing test, $42 with the writing test.
