Beautiful days are here right now, but don’t go planting your garden just yet. Our farmers, however, are enjoying the moisture and are preparing for a good year of farming.

New baby

Johnny and Jennifer Inge are the parents of a new son. He has been named Gentry Taylor. He weighed 7 lbs. 6 oz.

Notice

There will be a Caprock men’s fellowship breakfast March 19 at 7 a.m. This will be seven miles west of Grady, 11 miles north off the caprock on Norton Road. You may contact Rody Chesser at Grady (357-2310) for information.

Luncheon

The Dora High School’s Business Professionals of America club will feed a brisket lunch on Sunday at the Dora School cafeteria. The meal will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations will be accepted. They should be able to fix carry-out lunches for the home-bound if requested.

Reminder

There will be a Cowboy Camp meeting the third week in March at the Dora Baptist Church.
