There were showers all over the area Saturday night through Sunday night. It was dry too many years not to appreciate every drop.
There was lightning to the north and into the Portales and Floyd area. The Floyd Fire Department was called out to a grass fire in the afternoon and there was some small hail in the Rogers area for a short time. The hail was pretty large on over to the east and in the Muleshoe area.
Billy Victor came to the Dora Baptist Church Sunday and accompanied his brother Kerry in the morning music with their guitars.
Several of our sick people are much improved.
Kevin and Molly Victor’s baby is in the hospital with bronchitis.
Kristi Ledbetter goes to Albuquerque this week to have her test in preparation for her kidney transplant. Her mother’s heart surgery went real well and she said thanks to everyone for their prayers.
According to Ben Franklin’s almanac if we have had fog inJanuary we will have a wet spring and we have certainly had a lot of fog this past month.
