The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Robeen Roy, 22, found guilty of attempting to sell, serving or giving alcoholic beverages to a minor and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Beverly Grubbs found guilty of issuance of worthless checks and was ordered to pay fines.

— Alfredo Montes-Ramirez, 38, found guilty of defective equipment, no insurance and suspended/revoked driver’s license and will serve 7 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 357 days of supervised probation.

— Alexander Contreras, 22, found guilty of concealing identity and will serve six months of supervised probation.

— Elayna Ball, 24, found guilty of probation violation and is ordered to continue to serve probation under the same terms.

— Arturo Navarette, 23, found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated (first offense) and will serve two days in the RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.

— Michael Lego, 26, found guilty of immediate notice of accident, no insurance and no registration and will serve 182 days of supervised probation.

— Nathan Nixon, 20, found guilty of battery on a household member and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Kristy Johnson, 18, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Jaime Franco, 30, found guilty of criminal trespass and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Damon Smith, 27, found guilty of shooting at or from a motor vehicle (no great bodily harm) and aggravated assault (deadly weapon) and will serve three years of supervised probation.

— Justin Brown, 21, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and tampering with evidence and will serve three years of supervised probation.

— Arturo Lavalle, 21, found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of alcoholic beverage in open container and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

— Jose Rodriguez, 47, and Brandy Easterling, 28, both of Portales.

— Darrick Matthews, 23, of Farmington and Diana Fuller, 24, of Portales.
