Jose Alejandro “Alex” Perez, 3, of Clovis, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2004, in Roswell.
He was born on Jan. 27, 2001, in El Paso, Texas, to Jose Maria Perez-Aguilera and Irma Elsa Jimenez.
He came to Clovis in 2002 and he attended Our Lady of Guadalupe.
He was preceded in death by an aunt, Susie Avalos.
Survivors include his mother, Irma Perez of Clovis; his father, Jose Perez of Kansas; two brothers, Jorge Luis Perez and Juan Carlos Perez, both of Clovis; a grandmother, Yolanda Avalos Garcia; and two grandfathers, Faustino Najera and Jose Maria Perez.
Father Sotero Sena will officiate the services.
Burial will be at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.
Pallbearers are Miguel Avila, Jose Luis Amezcua, Roberto Ontiveros and Walter Alfredo Avalos Garcia.
Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis.
