Services: Have been held.
Angela S. Lewis, 19, of Batesville, Ind., died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004, at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville.
She was born on Aug. 13, 1985, in Panama City, Fla., to Scott and Theresa Lewis.
She was a college student and daycare provider at the YMCA in Batesville.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Pete Cervantez; and her great-grandfather, John Lewis.
Survivors include her parents; two sisters, Patricia Enke of Clovis and Pamela Lewis of Batesville; two grandmothers, Marie Cervantez of Clovis and Judy Lewis of Manchester, Ohio; and a great-grandmother, Lola Swayne of Manchester, Ohio.
Rev. Christiaan Kappes will officiate the services.
Burial will be at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in Batesville.
Visitation is scheduled from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday at Weigel Funeral Home in Batesville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Phi Beta Psi Sorority Cancer Research Project.
