The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

• Kasandra Lewis, 21, found guilty of driving on suspension and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

• Michael Aguilar, 39, found guilty of resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Liobardo Martinez, 28, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing and officer and will serve 364 days of unsupervised probation.

• Dominique Reyes, 25, found guilty of driving on revocation and no insurance and will serve seven days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 357 days of supervised probation.

• Gabriel Garcia, 36, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (second offense) and will serve eight days in the RCDC, followed by 356 days of supervised probation.

• Michael Laumbach, 26, found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and will serve two days of RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.

• Alan Sumner, 24, found guilty of 14 days in the RCDC, and will continue supervised probation.

• Rebecca Chavez, 20, found guilty of probation violation and will continue supervised probation.

• Bryan Garcia, 30, found guilty of probation violation and will continue supervised probation.

• Brandy Laferriere, 22, found guilty of probation violation and will continue supervised probation.

• Alfred Lucero, 57, found guilty of probation violation and will serve seven days in the RCDC for failure to comply.

• Gregg Salas, 26, found guilty of probation violation and will serve 90 days in the RCDC.

• Tyrone Sharpe, 21, found guilty of careless driving and driver license suspended/revoked and will serve 182 days of unsupervised probation.

• Jose Hernandez, 38, found guilty of battery and will serve six months of supervised probation.

• Benny Preston, 24, found guilty of criminal trespass and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Tyrone Sharpe, 21, found guilty of assault and will serve 182 days of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

• Encarnacio Nevarez, 29, found guilty of forgery, concealing identity and no insurance and will serve three years of supervised probation to the count of forgery and 182 days of supervised probation to the count of concealing identity.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• A.R. Medaris, 79, and E. Jean Franks, 76, both of Roswell.

• Richard Garcia, 54, and Domingo Escobedo, 53, both of Portales.

• Jesse Mendoza, 18, and Bianca Martinez, 17, both of Portales.
