Breakfast

The monthly men’s breakfast will be held at the Elida Baptist Church Saturday starting at 7 a.m. All men are invited to attend for a good meal and fellowship.

Club

The Elida homemakers will meet at the Senior Center Thursday starting around 10 a.m. Bring a covered dish and join us.

Commodities

On Friday, commodities will be distributed at the Senior Center starting at 9 a.m. to all that are eligible. If you don’t know if you are eligible come and ask.

Weekenders

The Women’s Weekender Conference will be held at Inlow Camp the Sept. 16-18. if you would care to go give Connie Dixon a call as soon as you can to sign up.

Around Town

Our sympathies to the Holm’s family for the recent loss of Hazel’s sister.

We understand that Ruth Creighton is very ill and is in the hospital.

Laura Wilson’s brother, Norman Jordan, of Oklahoma is very ill and in the hospital there.
