The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Michael Quintero, 38, found guilty of distribution to controlled substance, methamphetamine and will be on supervised probation for three years.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Janet Urioste, 19, found guilty of probation violation and is ordered to continue supervised probation.

— Ivan Garcia, 20, found guilty of probation violation and is ordered to serve 81 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center then receive an unsatisfactory discharge.

— Javier Rodriguez, 22, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and open container.

— Eloy Villalobos, 48, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Tommy Mares, 33, found guilty of driving on suspended driver’s license and will serve four days in the RCDC followed by 360 days of supervised probation.

— Hipolito Espinoza, 79, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, second offense and will serve four days in the RCDC, followed by 360 days of supervised probation.

— Juan Garcia, 26, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and open container and will serve two days in the RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.

— Jesus Gonzalez, 30, found guilty of assault on a household member and will serve six months of supervised probation.

— Joshua Quebe, 22, found guilty of contempt of court and will serve 362 days of supervised probation.

— Randy Smith, 45, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and will serve two days in the RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.
