The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Marisol Saenz, 25, found guilty of homicide by vehicle and will serve three years in the Roosevelt County Detention Center followed by two years of parole supervision.

— Marita Slack, 43, found guilty of aggravated battery and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Magistrate Court:

— Clinton Dawson, 30, found guilty of probation violation and will serve 90 days in the RCDC and ordered to enter into an in-patient program during the 90-day incarceration.

— Joe Sisneros Jr., 35, found guilty of public affray and will serve 6 months of unsupervised probation.

— Tracy Croley found guilty of issuance of worthless check, reduced to attempted issuance of worthless checks and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Julian Carrasco, 37, found guilty of concealing identity for three months in the RCDC.

— Noe Landaverde, 36, found guilty of no inspection of bill sales on calves and ordered to pay $567.
