Around Town…

Lindsey Smith was recently named Most Valuable Player at the AAU Basketball Tournament in Lubbock. Lindsey plays for the Elida Tigers. She is the daughter of Dennis and Sherrye Smith, and granddaughter of Phillip and Liz Smith and Johnny and Janice Ogden.

The Village office says that the water project construction will be started in June. A new water storage tower and a new line from the well to the tower will be put in.
