The following certificates of marriage were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

Steve A. Woods, 25, and Adriana Munoz, 22, both of Portales.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:

Adam Castillo, 21, found guilty of probation violation and his probation will be revoked and he will serve the remainder of his probation term through July 2 in the Roosevelt County Detention Center.

Harlon Grubbs, 32, found guilty of probation violation and will serve two years, 259 days in the Department of Corrections.

Epigmenio P. Baltazar, 29, found guilty of possession of methamphetamine and will serve 18 months in the Department of Corrections.

Leonard Hobbs, 31, found guilty of trafficking methamphetamine and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and will serve two years in the Department of Corrections and five years of supervised probation.

Frances L. Espinoza, 36, found guilty of trafficking cocaine and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and will serve two years in the Department of Corrections and five years of supervised probation.

Richard Bouldin, 36, found guilty of bribery of a witness and battery (two counts) and will serve three years of supervised probation.

Joseph Ornelas, 22, found guilty of possession of methamphetamine; resisting, evading or obstructing an officer; battery on a household member (two counts); and driving on revoked or suspended license. He will report to the Department of Correction for a 60-day diagnostic evaluation and upon completion will report back to court for additional sentencing.

Christopher Gurule, 24, found guilty of probation violation; receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle; and aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and will serve four years in the Department of Corrections.

Rachel Martinez, 32, found guilty of trafficking methamphetamine and will serve two years in the Department of Corrections and five years of supervised probation.

Jose Alfredo Navarette, 23, found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

Estella Gallegos, 40, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

Jesus Morales, 27, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Clinton Dawson, 30, found guilty of aggravated battery and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Gregg Salas, 26, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (second offense) and will serve eight days in the RCDC and 356 days of supervised probation.

Gabriel K. Rippel, 21, found guilty of three counts of issuance of worthless checks and is ordered to repay the businesses for a total amount of $247.30 plus court costs.

Brad Shober, 20, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
