“When the sun is shining bright and warm and I get to go to a Yankees baseball game with my fiancee and my family.”

What did you think about on Sept. 11?

“It was sad to loose so many people but, at the same time it was a good wake up call for our country to know that we too are vulnerable.”

Tell us about your pet(s):

“My pet is a paper fish in my dorm room because I can’t keep them alive longer than two weeks, plus two plants.”

What is your theme song?

“‘Drops of Jupiter’ by Train because I went on a trip my

junior year in high school and it totally changed me.”

What would you like printed on your gravestone?

“That I lived to be 116 years old and that I was a loving wife and mother.”

What do you think about Portales?

“I think that it is a nice small town. I do tend to get frustrated when there isn’t as much activities offered like there are in Albuquerque.”

What’s your favorite TV show, past and present?

“I love ‘A Wedding Story.’ My favorite when I was younger would have to be ‘Full House.’”

Who is your favorite entertainer?

“Shania Twain.”

What’s so great about your favorite sport?

“There is so much fundamentals that go into baseball that some people don’t understand so they under-rate it.”

Tell us a story about your mom or dad:

“My mom and dad are wonderful, they are able to keep there cool these last two years with me being gone because I helped so much around the house and with my three younger siblings.”

What do you envision your life being like in 10 years?

“I will have a career and have three kids and a husband that helps out so much.”

What do you like about ENMU?

“I like how classes are small here and professors like to get to know you on a personal bases.”

What could be better at ENMU?

“More activities that appeal to more people.”

If money were no object, what would you do to make the world a better place?

“I would give food to the hungry, especially making clean water

possible.”

Who is your hero and why?

“My fiancee John Gruen because he has taught me not to worry about what other people think.”

“Thunder.”

“The world will unite.”

“The taste of curly fries.”
