Mrs. Marvel Eden, 79, of Henderson, Nev., died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at Laurel Ridge Healthcare in Clovis.
She was born on Aug. 10, 1924, in Vevay, Ind., to Ruby and Tom Brindley.
She was the oldest of four children. She cared for her siblings and helped care for the farm. She spent her life caring for people. She was a nurse and worked in obstetrics for over 40 years. Family members said she loved to play the guitar and sing country and western music, but her greatest love was her six children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert; and her parents.
Survivors include her children, Tuni Theones, Martha Dombrowski, Larry Eden, Tom Eden, Tim Eden and Troy Eden.
Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
